Childhood Reimagined: An Evening of Storytelling and Creative Writing

Inspired by her last class with the Harlem Clemente Course, in “Childhood Reimagined,” Aurora Celestin will teach ways we can dray new inspiration from our favorite childhood stories. From fairytales to cartoons, the stories from our youth are some of the best resources for opening up our creative imagination. In this workshop, you will be invited to put your own spin on tales as old as time, joining the historied practice of reworking longstanding narratives to glean new lessons. Whether you are a published author, shy diary scribbler, or chronically-online Tweeter, all levels are welcome.
