We’re re-launching Hablemos Inglés (y español) after a successful trial run in June! This program of conversation and community will now join our long-loved Homework Help on Wednesday evenings, 6–7pm. Together, these ministries will make midweek a time of learning, sharing, and belonging for our whole community.
There are a few different ways you can be part of Hablemos:
- Join the conversations: Practice your Spanish while helping neighbors practice English. These conversations are built on reciprocity—each person both teacher and learner, each one bringing wisdom and experience.
- Provide a light supper for 60: Finger foods—sandwiches, veggies and dip, chips—easy portions to share. Arrive at 5:30–6pm for setup; serving begins at 6pm.
- Provide dessert for 60: Cookies, brownies, or other finger-food sweets to round out the meal. Same setup and serving time.
