Mindful Meditation

Stressed? Join us Wednesday mornings in November from 8:00 – 8:30 am for guided meditation led by Beej Christie Karpen and learn practical stress reduction techniques that can be applied instantly. We can’t eliminate stress, but we can acquire tools to reduce its negative impacts on our bodies, minds, and spirits!
 
$10 suggested (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds)
 

Beej is a life coach, alternative therapist, and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher trained at NYU, Brown, U Mass Medical School, and several Buddhist centers.
