Radical Attempt

Friends,

This Sunday is a high holy day for us– It’s Pride!

We have so much to look forward to in worship. The choir and Frank Glass will bring us three pieces. We’ll be gifted with the musical talents of Phil Hall. We’ll get to hear from three community members, Chiara Bosco, Rachel Black, and Savannah Ritz, as they share their tiny testimonials. And we’ll reflect together about how being in relationship with queerness blesses us, grows us, and connects us to transformative possibilities. Wear your Pride gear, dress for the heat, and if you’re gonna march with us, wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

At 12:15pm, we’ll leave the church and make our way to the West Village, where we’ll join the Queer Liberation March. Our meet-up place down there is at the intersection of Bleeker and Barrow, right in front of the Five Guys. You can meet us there at 12:45pm. Others from our Parish Cooperative will join us, too. You don’t want to miss it.

Happy Pride! ❤️🧡🌈💛💚🌈💙💜🌈🤎🖤🌈

Love,
Pastor Lea
