Justice & Service
At St. Paul & St. Andrew, our faith leads us to recognize the dignity and divine potential in every life, and we are committed to making our church, communities and world more just for all.
Justice is not just something we talk about and believe. We know that our true statement of faith is developed in answers to very personal questions like, How do we live our lives each day? For what and for whom have we taken risks? and In what and in whom do we invest our time and resources?
At St. Paul & St. Andrew, our faith leads us to recognize the dignity and divine potential in every life, and we are committed to making our church, communities and world more just for all.
At St. Paul & St. Andrew, we know we can talk all day about our beliefs, but our true statement of faith is developed in answers to questions like, How do we live our lives each day? For what, and for whom, have we taken risks and in what, and in whom, do we invest our time and resources?
As a community, we answer these questions by putting our love and our faith into action, trying our best to attend to the human needs around us, and working to transform unjust systems into a just and liberating society that brings those who are marginalized to the center. These are the kinds of actions that put flesh on the message of Jesus, as we understand it.
Our true statement of faith is developed in answers to questions like, How do we live our lives each day? In what, and in whom, do we invest our time and resources?
We answer these questions by taking to the streets to protest the deportation of friends and to celebrate the Pride of our LGBTQ friends and selves. Sign up for our emails and keep up with us on Facebook to engage in these kinds of actions with us. And check out some of our advocacy work below.
We also work to increase the amount of love and justice in the world through practices of service and relationship building. We invite you to join us in the following!
