Those worshipping in person should bring and wear a mask during the service. Masks will be available if you do not have one when you arrive. Windows and doors will also remain open during the services for additional air circulation, so please dress warmly if it’s chilly!

With the swirl of disturbing news lately, including the horror in Buffalo yesterday, you might be forgiven for not noticing the launch of a conservative splinter denomination from the United Methodist Church. Earlier this month, the Global Methodist Church took off not with a bang, but a simper.
I’ve been thinking about the ways the departure of some of our more ‘traditionalist’ co-religionists might free up a different future for the rest of us, a future defined less by whom we’re against than by what we’re for.
The story of the apostle Philip helps make clear that the early Christian movement was all about drawing the circle wide. Let’s focus on that as well!
