Preserving & Pioneering: Architectural Legacies and the Futures They Enable

As St. Paul & St. Andrew United Methodist Church looks ahead to a major renovation project – restoring our massive Spanish tile roof – we invite you to an informational panel on the architectural history of our 1897 church building.

Our panel will consist of:

Martin Griggs, Principal, Walter B. Melvin Architects

Andrew Dolkart, Professor of Historic Preservation, Columbia University

Lee Ping Kwan, Architect, Associate with SOCOTEC on energy efficiency

Jon Pohlmann, Chief Executive Officer, Pohlmann Construction

Rev. Dr. K Karpen, Senior Pastor, St Paul & St Andrew; CB7 Preservation Committee

Moderator: Karen Erren

After the panel discussion, visitors are invited to join us for a guided tour of the historic space. Refreshments will be provided.
