The Soul Must Sing
Seventh Sunday of Easter | Bulletin
“Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth;
break forth into joyous song and sing praises.”
The Psalmist offers us wisdom in these lines and we would be remiss to dismiss it. This Sunday, we’ll think together about why we are compelled to sing. Instead of focusing on how we show our thanks, praise, and obedience to God by doing so, we’ll consider how breaking forth in song is a gift to us. In song, we are released and freed. That liberative movement is divine!
Come, let’s sing for our souls!
